New Tender from PGE Dystrybucja and PGE Systemy

PGE Dystrybucja and PGE Systemy announced earlier this week another tender for the components to build and realise the LTE450 network in Poland. The current tender for the mobile backhaul solutions and Operations Support Systems (OSS) is the newest tender within the Polish LTE450 project. The previous tenders included Core and RAN solution, power back up solution up to 24 hours, preparation of documents and upgrades of existing tower infrastructure of PGE Dystrybucja.

The LTE450 communication network is one of the most important investment tasks of the PGE Group. LTE technology provides voice connectivity as well as the broadband services required nowadays. The modern LTE450 network and the telecommunications system under construction will support integration of renewable energy sources, distributed energy and energy storage, as well as ensure reliable dispatching and remote communication with energy meters.
