A nation-wide LTE450 operator TELE2 reports that its internet traffic has increased 19 times since the beginning of 2017 in the North-West region of Russia. Individuals, large companies and some governments agencies are main users, including Russia state-owned railways, largest railroad network in the world.

TELE2 owns 450 MHz spectrum in all 78 regions of Russia.
