Notion introduces new 450 MHz module

Notion is happy to announce its new IoT module named Open Together OT20-450 which works on 450 MHz. OT20-450 is an LTE category 4 module optimized for M2M and IoT applications. Adopting the 3GPP release 9 LTE technology, it delivers maximum data rates of up to 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink.

OT20-450 comes in the standard LCC form factor, which makes it easy for customers to integrate. This module can also come with support for mini PCIe. The module supports multiple frequency bands and is suitable for LTE, UMTS and GSM networks, so it can cover all mainstream carriers worldwide.

MIMO is supported, as are many Internet protocols, like TCP, UDP, PPP, FTP, SSL, TLS, NITZ and PING.

USB and RNDIS drivers are available for MS Windows, Linux and Android. MBIM drivers are available for MS Windows and Linux.

The abundant internet protocols, industry-standard interfaces and features make this module perfect for a wide range of M2M and IoT applications, such as industrial routers, CPEs, set top boxes, industrial PDAs, rugged tablet PCs, video surveillance, remote diagnostics, et cetera.
